Amalfitana - Mermaid | Amalfi Coast Series Art Print

I thought that Amalfitana - the name of the coastal road no.163 often considered one of the most spectacular in Europe - would also work beautifully as a female name. And since this place has long been associated with sirens, alongside Parthenope, Leucosia, and Ligea, another one appears here - the heroine of this artwork.  At first, the figure included more references to the road itself, but I ultimately chose to focus on two dominant elements, complemented by lemons and limoncello - symbols inseparable from the region.
